2: Make an apply on the site (and wait for reply from leaders/recruiters)
3: Ask recruiter or high admin (leader, co leader) to give you Try-Out rank.
4: Show the recruiter how good you are
5: We look how good you are. We decide if you can be in or need some training first.
6: Have fun being in EF
